DTX + UCX London, the UK’s only event dedicated to business transformation, will open its doors at ExCeL on 14-15th October 2026, bringing together another roster of world-class speakers and innovators who will discuss the key trends across AI, cyber, IT, AV and customer and employee experience.
Day one will be headlined by a panel from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. The session will focus on the AI Assurance Stakeholder Consortium, a new UK government-backed expert group led by BCS to establish AI assurance as a trusted, recognised professional discipline.
Day two, will be headlined by Lord Toby Harris, Baron Harris of Haringey, who is also Chair of the National Preparedness Commission. Lord Harris’s keynote session will focus on “Preparing for a Turbulent, Uncertain, Novel and Ambiguous (TUNA) world – resilience and recovery”. During the session he will explain why businesses need to prepare for all eventualities and share what they can do to improve their resilience. Over the last few weeks, Lord Harris has been widely quoted within the media highlighting the risks the UK currently faces as a result of geopolitical instability. He is widely perceived as one of the UK’s leading experts on national resilience.
This year’s event is built around a central theme: how do organisations build genuine trust in technology, confront risks that come with rapid change, and innovate with real intention rather than just following the crowd?
Across the two days, speakers will explore the question – from the true cost of enterprise AI, to who’s accountable when autonomous agents make decisions, to the evolving pressures facing frontline teams navigating digital complexity.
New for 2026, the event opens up its roundtables sessions to all attendees for the first time, previously reserved for VIPs, giving everyone the chance to join focused, free-to-attend discussions with industry peers.
The show floor also welcomes a brand new Innovation Zone, spotlighting emerging vendors and fresh solutions from across the market, alongside a dedicated Innovation Stage, featuring real-world case studies from organisations that have transformed the way they work through new technology.
Rounding out the innovation programme is the Innovation LaunchPad competition, giving startups and scale-ups the opportunity to pitch live to a panel of judges and demonstrate how their technology can solve real business challenges, with winners announced at the event.
In addition to the keynote sessions, the event will also see over 130 speakers take to the five stages at this year’s event. At the forefront of digital innovation, speakers will share case studies and expert advice to help organisations tackle some of the biggest challenges they face with technology and business transformation today.
