Simpro Group appoints new Chief Technology Officer

Simpro Group, the global leader in AI-first operating platform for field service trades, has announced the appointment of Salman Bhatti as Chief Technology Officer. He will oversee all technology and engineering functions across the company globally, championing an AI-first approach to build scalable, intelligent field service management solutions that drive operational excellence for customers worldwide.

An accomplished technology executive, Bhatti brings over 20 years of experience in software engineering and cloud architecture. He has a proven track record of building and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms that power some of the world’s largest organisations.

Before joining Simpro, Bhatti served as Vice President of Engineering at Vertex Inc., where he led the engineering organisation to build massive scale enterprise cloud solutions. He also held VP-level engineering roles at UKG, a South Florida based HCM leader and Citrix, where he drove cloud transformation, improved operational efficiency at scale and led multinational engineering organisations.

Salman holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the University of Miami (UM) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Florida International University (FIU). His commitment to growing the next generation of technology talent is evidenced by his former role as an adjunct professor at FIU, where he built industry relevant curriculum and taught cloud computing and software engineering.
